NFP Success was established in 2015 as an affordable, innovative and specialist Not-for-Profit (NFP) and Community sector consultancy service. We realised that thousands of NFPs and charities Australia wide simply could not identify, access, or afford professional support with their strategic planning, governance, board development, policy, HR and related leadership challenges. 

We believe that NFP's are the lifeblood of local communities and should not suffer disadvantage of any sort, on the contrary they should have access to the most current, relevant, and affordable Consultants available to aid them in achieving their aims.

Since establishing, we have worked with more than 3000 not for profit organisations. We believe in the strength of collective knowledge and action and have built a team of more than fifty consultants many of whom possess qualifications in Business, Law, HR or Social Sciences, and most of whom have held CEO and Board positions in the sector.  We have consultants in every capital city and most major regional locations throughout Australia

We identify solutions designed to meet your specific needs and we are not nine-to-fivers - our consultants are available after hours and much of our work is with volunteer Boards and Committees and therefore weekends and after hours are the norm.

We work within the parameters of your budget and service size, we pride ourselves on being outcome based in our pricing. Unless other arrangements are preferred, our fees for any project are all-inclusive and cover all costs including travel and materials.

We do not charge over the top fees, we work to fixed budgets, project timelines and agreed up front fees.

Regional, Remote and Rural Commitment

We love the engine room of Australia, the regions. We never cost disadvantage your organisation because of where we choose to live by adding unapproved "hidden costs" like travel, meals, accommodation etc. and why would we - under our model we get to see and meet the best of our great country and love every minute and every opportunity.      

We have provided services to organisations and people in regional, remote and rural towns and communities throughout every Australian state and territory.

And we generally hang around for a few days to enjoy your region and the people.

Unlike individual sole trader consultants who have no support, try to be everything to everyone and "look up their diaries" to discuss availability, we guarantee 100% availability on the dates you want us there - no date jostling - we already know how hard it is to organise your Board or your staff. With a team of more than fifty consultants, all of whom are former Senior Managers and Board Members in the sector we don't have to look up diaries to determine availability. We  guarantee it  - any day any time.
