Since we established in 2015, we have had the opportunity to deliver Board Effectiveness training to more than 2,000 not for profit and community sector Board Members, Committee Members and Managers.

Board Effectiveness Training 

Our fresh and modern three-hour duration Board Effectiveness Training Program has now been delivered to more than 2,000 Managers and Board/Committee members. The program assists Managers, Boards and Committees better understand Governance fundamentals and roles, responsibilities and requirements. The program also shares a range of hints on how to be a more effective NFP Sector Board or Committee. These are great programs for people new to these responsibilities and experienced people seeking to refresh their skills.  

During the program we will discuss:

• Fundamentials of good governance
• Roles, responsibilities, requirements, regulations, rules
• ACNC governance standards
• Staying on top of changes
• Effective meetings
• Strategic planning
• Managing conflicts
• Resilience and staying motivated
• Developing Board-Member competencies
• Reaching new levels of effectiveness

These programs also represent a good opportunity to address specific issues facing your organisation and are good team building and professional development.

Program Duration

Programs run for three hours and is ideal for evenings and Saturday mornings to cater for volunteer Board and Committee member’s busy schedules.

Our fees are $1,800+GST per program, no extra for travel, no extra for printing, no hidden costs. This is a per program cost and is offered regardless of numbers attending or location whether you have six or ten people attending or whether you are located in the city or the regions the maximum your organisation will be charged will be $1,800+GST.   

And we will fit into your date and time of choice, no looking up diaries, no date jostling. With a team of 54 consultants based throughout Australia we would love to assist regardless of your date, time or location
