- Reviewing and reporting on policy change recommendations that including the referencing to and draft policies to align with the relevant standard, Award requirement or legislation)
- A walk through with you regarding our recommended policy changes or inclusions
Our consultant will have a successful track record in project management, policy compliance audits, and policy review and renew projects in not-for-profit sector settings. We may need to spend time on site to promote conversation regarding your current policies and our recommendations and renewed or developed policies.
When working on a policy project we may request access to your strategic plan, organisational values, constitution, current rules and policies and any accreditation standards you need to comply with.
